Let’s start this week with a mantra that might feel a little uncomfortable at first—but also deeply liberating:

“I accept myself fully, without guilt or apology.”

💛 Say no without guilt—your needs are valid.
💛 Forgive yourself for past mistakes—they don’t define you.
💛 Celebrate yourself—just as you are, today.
